"At the initial stage they said that;
1. the appreciation of the Cedi is artificial and not sustainable.
2. the Cedi appreciation is due to the fact that the government wasn't spending.
Now that they have realised that the Cedi appreciation has come to stay and Ghanaians are enjoying it's fruits, the narrative has changed to, "the Cedi appreciation started under their 'silly' government."
