How to Take Good Pictures with Your Phone
1. Clean Your Camera Lens
Your photos will look blurry or hazy if your lens is dirty. Use a soft cloth or your shirt to gently wipe it before shooting.
2. Use Natural Light
Lighting makes or breaks a photo. Shoot during the day or near windows. Early morning or late afternoon (golden hour) gives the best lighting.
3. Tap to Focus
Before snapping, tap on your subject on the screen. This helps your camera focus properly and adjusts the exposure.
4. Avoid Zooming In
Zooming reduces image quality. Instead, move closer to your subject if you can.
5. Keep Your Hands Steady
Shaky hands = blurry photos. Hold your phone with both hands or rest your elbows on something steady.
6. Experiment with Angles
Try taking photos from different heights or perspectives. Shoot from above, below, or at an angle to add interest.
7. Use Portrait Mode (When Needed)
If your phone has Portrait Mode, use it for portraits or close-up shots—it blurs the background for a pro look.
8. Practice Often
The more photos you take, the better you’ll get. Try new locations, subjects, and lighting to improve your skills.
