In a world that continues to evolve socially, culturally, and environmentally, young girls need guidance, opportunities, and strong mentorship to help them step confidently into their roles as future leaders. Empowering the next generation of young women is more than a passion, it is a purpose. Through our mentorship programmes, cultural exchange initiatives, and holistic educational trainings, my team and I are passionate and dedicated to shaping young women to become extraordinarily knowledgeable, skilled, and also grounded in cultural identity, and very well equipped to make meaningful, sustainable impacts in their communities and beyond.
I am dedicated to mentoring and shaping young girls into confident and capable leaders. Together with my team, we run programmes that help girls discover their potential through guidance, cultural exposure, and sociocultural education. Our work includes skills training, workshops, and educational trips that allow them to learn about different cultures, understand diverse societies, and build strong leadership skills.
Recently, at the miss Yilo pageantry 2025 grand finale, a nice group of passionate and motivated young ladies including the winner (the current Miss Yilo),1st and 2nd runner ups, other contestants and also interested students from the university of Environment and Sustainable Development, University of Education Winneba, and other institutions expressed interest in joining our training programmes. They admire the work we do and want to become part of it so they, too, can speak up for others, heal the communities, educate younger generations, inspire change, and contribute positively to society.
Their foundation in Public Health and other sustainable development related courses add depth to our mentorship programmes.
With knowledge from courses such as environmental health, community development, courses related to climate issues, general wellbeing, sanitation, reproductive health and safety, waste management and health promotion, we create mentorship programmes that are informed, practical, and focused on real transformation.
We guide trainees in building skills, understanding practical application, and exploring projects that link to wellness, education, cultural awareness, and sustainability .
My focus is making sure these young women acquire the skills in Naturopathy, and holistic education, including health and wellness, massage therapy, reflexology, colonics/colon hydrotherapy, medical/clinical nutrition therapy, mineral/herbal wraps, stress management techniques, and other complementary therapies, and not forgetting our African indigenous healing modalities, which we know are almost sadly extinct.
As the Proprietress of Prince-El International School, which offers holistic education from preschool to JHS, at the school, we emphasize cultural exchange programmes and teach these young students about the rich culture of Africa, providing them the opportunities to travel and participate in cultural exchange experiences around the world
Part of our cultural exchange programmes is to also equip my young learners at Prince-EL International School with Daisporal history. A huge necessity that required a special space in our Ghanaian/African school curriculums.
Our goal is to build a generation of young women amd children who are knowledgeable, empowered, culturally aware, and committed to making sustainable life decisions with positive impacts wherever they go.
We highly appreciate all those of you who have been on this journey with us thus far. We look forward to journeying this path with you forever.
