About AGROPAL:
AGROPAL West Africa Limited (AGROPAL) is an agribusiness that processes fresh mango and pineapple fruits into dry products for export. Our vision is to support the agricultural sector in Ghana and provide income for the local people in our communities. Our factory is located in Akuse, in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

About the Upcoming Major Season:
AGROPAL will soon begin processing mangoes in high quantities for its major season between April to August 2025. As a result of this, we are recruiting over 400 Factory Workers to support the fruit reception, processing, packing, canteen, laundry, cleaning, and security departments. The period of employment is likely to extend beyond 4 months depending on company needs and fruits availability.

Responsibilities of a Factory Worker:
• The Factory Worker shall assist with the preparation of dry fruits by sorting, washing, peeling, cutting, measuring, weighing, spreading, packing finished goods, and operating and cleaning processing equipment and production areas.
• Achieving daily target.

Required Qualification and Experience:
• Minimum qualification of Senior High School Certificate.
• No work experience required as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Must be aged between 20 – 40 years.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting moderate weights, and moving materials or products.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills, and ability to speak, read, and write English at a beginner level.

Compensation and Benefits
• Monthly NET salary of GH₵ 900.00.
• Free accommodation.
• Free transportation to work every day.
• Lunch on working days.
• Payment of medical expenses for injuries sustained on the job.

Other Conditions
• Working hours are 8 hours per day with 1 1-hour lunch break
• Morning shift 6:30 am -3:30 pm
• Evening shift 6:30 pm-3:30 am
• Working days are 5 days per week in a rotational schedule. Each worker will be entitled to 2 2-day resting periods every week.
• The role may involve working shifts including early mornings, late evenings, day or night shift depending on the factory’s schedule.
