His Spiritual Eminence, Sheikh Ahmed Abulfaili Maikano Jallo R.T.A. ( Supreme Leader and President of the Tijaniya Muslim Council of Ghana) was in the Special guests of honour and was with high profile during the occasion.

The Minister of Religious Affairs and Endowments, Dr. Yusuf Belmahdi, today 14th January 2026, received at the Ministry's headquarters, His Eminence Sheikh Ahmed Abu-Alfaid Maikano Jallo R.T.A, the President of the Tijaniya Muslim Council of the Republic of Ghana.
On this occasion, Mr. Minister presented to his guest copies of the Historical Rodosi and the Algeria Museum in Braille, which were printed with the supreme sponsorship of Mr. President of the Republic, Mr. Abdul Majeed Taboun.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, Zakiru Abdul Aziz Wahab.

May Allah forgive him, have mercy upon his soul, and grant him Jannatul-Firdaus.

He passed away in Nigeria 🇳🇬. Ṣalāt al-Gha’ib will be observed on his behalf at the residence of the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu (R.T.A.).

It is narrated on the authority of Amirul Mu'minin, Abu Hafs 'Umar bin al-Khattab (ra) who said:
I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: "Actions are (judged) by motives (niyyah), so each man will have what he intended. Thus, he whose migration (hijrah) was to Allah and His Messenger, his migration is to Allah and His Messenger; but he whose migration was for some worldly thing he might gain, or for a wife he might marry, his migration is to that for which he migrated."
