Aduana FC's CEO, Atta Poku Voices Concerns Over Division One League Zone 1 Partition
Bishop Atta Poku, Chief Executive Officer of Aduana Football Club, has expressed his disappointment and concerns over the partition of the Access Bank Division League Zone 1.
Speaking on behalf of Nana Agyemang Badu II, the club's owner, at Brong Ahafo Regional Football Association's 2025 Ordinary Congress, Atta Poku appealed to Brong Ahafo Regional Football Association chairman, Dr. Charles Osei Antoh, highlighting the negative impact of the partition of zone one of accessbankdivision one league.
According to Atta Poku, the partition is a major contributor to the consistent relegation of Brong Ahafo clubs to Division Two. He claims that the current system gives others the opportunity to bring clubs from different zone.
"The partition is unfair and detrimental to our clubs," Atta Poku stated. "It's time we revisit this issue and work towards creating a more balanced and equitable system that promotes growth and excellence in Ghanaian football."
