This is the outcome of the 4 more 4 Nana. Sometimes our fellow Ghanaians always give opportunity for the people who will oppress the masses and then turn around to blame them. The first 4yrs of the Nana Akufu Bawumia Government and the police, military and National security brutality was enough for Ghanaians to know that they don't deserve a second term. Even though I am well convinced this election was a stolen verdict, I believed it was because majority of Ghanaians didn't see anything wrong in that. Today it is clear for all to see, not even an ordinary civilian can criticize this government.
God help us to resist oppressors rule with all our will. Our silence is cowardly killing us one after the other, much us most people think it will never happen to them so shall it triumph and get to the doorstep of everyone. Let's stand up and fight for our own freedom, Ghana need a better leadership

It is now I understand the reason why NPP insisted that NDC should go to court if they think they have a case. It is clear that NPP has full control of the Courts and knew they could always swim their way through at all cost.
This is evident in the 7 rulings of the supreme Court which were all in favour of the supreme interest of the NPP and EC.
The NDC have made it clear that they have requested for information from the EC and they denied them, and so when they came to the court they demanded for same and the court said they could do it during cross examination,

They demanded to put their 12 question to the EC to respond in writing the court again ruled that they could ask those questions during cross examination.

In all this little did the NDC legal team knew that they were only refusing them all the access to ask the EC Chair one single question.
Upon all the debate and justifications of both parties the Supreme Court came out with their rulings, and as usual unanimously dismissed NDC's plea.
Where is the justice, where is the justice that we pledge this nation. It is clear that the NPP has done their homework well before going into the Election 2020.
They anticipated loosing the elections based on the numerous unfulfilled promises and corruption scandals. Hence they set the grounds for all the possibilities that might happen in the Election. Among them are changing the EC Chair person, adding 8 additional SC judges, changing the electoral register etc. By this they were able to pe*****te the EC system to change results through their fax machines and resend them to the EC to be collated, this and many were things that went under the carpet.
Where is the clarity fairness and accountability EC promised us?
Even the NPP admitted during their cross examination of General Asiedu that they weren't the only party that benefited from the vote padding NDC was also a beneficiary. This goes to justify that there was vote padding not withstanding who is the beneficiary of the padding. So why is the EC Chair not ready to explain to the people of Ghana how this vote padding came about, or otherwise to justify that it never existed. hence it clears the air and minds of Ghanaians seeking the truth of this matter.
One sided story is always a half truth. Let justice prevail at all cost.

English and Common Law does not always serve justice like our traditional Justice system. The fact that cases at the traditional court of our customary law involves both physical and spiritual cross examination, petitioners are aware of the consequences of telling lies under the traditional oaths. If this matter is sent to our chief Palace, like Ashantehene Palace it takes a day to give a sincere ruling for both parties be satisfied. This is our new Ghana.

The Most Scarce commodity in Ghana now is the TRUTH, TRUTH TRUTH and truth. It is missing in our politicians, institutions, individuals, Judiciary, Markets, Churches, Mosques etc. No body is ready to speak the truth.
In all that happen in EC office on 6th to 9th I guess it is not only NDC that was in the Strong room, there were representatives of all the other political parties. Non of them came out to tell Ghanaian what exactly happened before the declaration of the 2020 election results. But all this political parties representatives has been quite as either they have been bribed or they signed under duress nobody knows. At least if one political party apart from NDC said all the processes were satisfied Ghanaian will have the believe that NDC as a party has no case.
Before the declaration we were all informed that the declaration was going to be announced at the international conference centre, it never happened there, no Journalists is asking questions why it never happened there.
I have seen some of the opposition leaders asking JDM to concide defeat, but one thing they failed to let us know is that
1. Was the collation process completed in the Strong Room as it is supposed to be by law?
2. What really transpired after the two NDC representatives left.
3. How fast was the processes after the two NDC men left.
4. NDC claimed they haven't gotten the form 13 till date, Does it mean all other opposition parties haven't gotten copies.
On what basis were they satisfied about the Results declared, was it because they knew the will never win or what?
5. Why is it that non of the political parties is showing to Ghanaians a copy of the form 13 to proof to NDC that that form was available to other political parties
6. Assuming the two NDC Men were not sent out by the EC Chair, was it not prudent to wait or even place a call on them to signed their portion of the form 13 before declaration knowing NDC is the Largest opposition party.
8. Why were they not given a copy of the form 13 afterwards. Even if they were absent they could still keep it and deliver to them at a later time.
I personally think that the smaller political parties did not help in transparency in this election. Even though the task of transparency is charge on EC, but where EC is seen not to be transparent enough it is the opposition parties that are supposed to work together to ensure transparency.
This is also visible at all the constituency level where results were disputed.

This is not the president but the Electoral commissioner, so such is the world, You can choose not to be fair in your dealing by given advantage over the other, but you will suffer it psychologically. I believe nobody is hunting for the EC Chair, but her Own psych. Afarigyan walk to court without police escorts not to talk of Army. As the Bible says "the truth shall set you free" if indeed it can be gotten from the Supreme Court. If not you will continue to run whilst nothing is after you. Let the Truth stand in every endeavour.
