A Ghanaian Historian and Lecturer, Odehe Bi explains the concept behind Stonebwoy's choice of outfit for his concert. He writes;
"Stonebwoy dressed as Baphomet (the Sabbatic Goat), wearing white with a crown. Baphomet represents the following. Good and Evil. Stonebwoy is telling the world that no matter the evil wished upon him, he responds with good. The Sabbatic Goat. This symbolises supremacy and mastery. He’s boldly communicating that he stands at the top and the greatest of all time in his lane. Universal Balance. Baphomet represents balance, the union of sun and moon, male and female, light and dark. Stonebwoy is expressing spiritual strength, enlightenment, and inner balance, showing he’s grounded beyond the physical realm.
Dressed in White. In our culture, white signifies victory, purity, and triumph. He’s saying clearly that every battle brought against him, he has won.
The Ankh. The Ankh symbolised by Stonebwoy holds significance for life, divinity, power, eternity, and African pride. Life and Eternity, An ancient Egyptian symbol meaning “life” or “breath of life,” representing rebirth and immortality.Divine Power. Often held by gods, it signifies authority, protection, and spiritual strength. Spiritual and Cultural Connection. It connects him to African roots, ancient wisdom, and higher consciousness!!"
