Congratulations to our National President for this legendary award. The UPNMG Fund as started in June 2020 has experienced sign growth and has impacted members in divers ways.

Through this fund members have had access to low interest loans and the UPNMG hire purchase one of the ground breaking policies of the union. The UPNMG Mart has recently moved into its own building and this is as a result of prudent management of the fund. The mart again is currently self financing and this can only be attributed to the good leadership you have demonstrated.

Again this fund supports the unions land and housing scheme for members. This scheme allows members to own lands and houses in the various regions of Ghana. Currently the fund has procured lands in the following regions

1. Upper West Region
2. ⁠Brong Ahafo Region
3. ⁠Volta Region
4. ⁠Northern Region

This fund serves as the members Tier 3 pension contribution and members are allowed to increase it from the minimum 50gh to any amount of their choice just to ensure they build that a solid financial position for themselves for the future.

The fund currently has some significant assets under management even though we are still growing, we believe it’s a huge achievement to deserve this award.

We are proud of you Mr. president and we admire your leadership.
