Pregnancy Weight Gain 🤰🏽

During pregnancy, gaining weight is normal and expected. Your body is changing to support your growing baby, placenta, uterus, breasts and increased blood volume.

However, excessive weight gain is not the goal. Gaining too much weight during pregnancy can increase the risk of complications for both mother and baby.

The right amount of weight to gain depends on your pre-pregnancy weight/BMI, whether you are carrying one or more babies, and your individual pregnancy.

So, don’t compare your weight gain with another pregnant woman. ❤️

👉🏽 Attend your antenatal appointments, monitor your weight with your healthcare provider, eat a balanced diet, stay active when it is safe for you, and focus on a healthy pregnancy—not just the number on the scale.

Pregnancy is not the time to “eat for two.” It is the time to nourish two. 💕🤰🏽

Today in the market, a child was crying, I didn't ask any questionoo... The woman I was buying from immediately looked at me and said. Look at how this child is suffering... How can you leave your husband and displace your kids.. Every little thing the child will be beaten. You young ladies of today, the least thing you say you are leaving because you know computer and book 😂😂😂

I was so shocked that I asked who she is talking to😂 it felt so personal as if she was addressing me😂

Then she said, I am talking about the child who is crying's parents.😍

Honestly it's not easyooo.. No one is saying stay just because of your kids, but if you leave and your precious kids also scatter and not in good condition, then it's even worse

God give us all wisdom

Some one is saying why is Government allowing the foreign ones to come into our market.

Seriously, ginger has become too expensive and scarce lately. I am not surprised 😍
