COVERE LETTER ( Motivation Letter or Statement of purpose ) why you need or think you deserve that scholarship .
Note: This isnβt just an essay, Itβs your voice on paper. It tells the committee:

ACADEMIC CURRICULUM VITAE ( CV)
Think beyond just work experience.
Highlight leadership, volunteering, achievements, research, awards.
Tailor your CV to fit the scholarship or course.
No one-size-fits-all CVs allowed. Youβre not applying for just a jobβyouβre selling your story.
ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPTS
-Your school grades.
- make sure theyβre clear, official, and properly stamped.
- If theyβre in another language, get them officially translated. No blurry PDFs or cropped screenshots. Please but it in the right PDF format ππΌ. ( documents written in a computer and save as pdf forms )
ACADEMIC CERTIFICATES (Academic & Professional)
This is where you shine. Add every relevant certificate youβve earnedβonline courses, leadership trainings, seminars etc.
If it shows growth, potential, or commitmentβitβs worth including not let anyone slide .
NOTE: Add certificates that align with your intended field of study dont Carry Caregiver certificate and apply for teacher position ππΌππΌ.
RECOMMENDATION LETTER ( almostst everyone missed this )
This is where many people go wrong.
They pick the βbig nameβ professor who barely knows them.
No. Choose someone who can speak deeply and honestly about your strengths.
Whether itβs your lecturer, boss, or mentorβmake sure they personalize it and tie it to the scholarship/course goals.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY .
IELTS, TOEFL, or language waiver
Most scholarships in English-speaking countries require proof.
If you studied in English, ask if a waiver is possible (some universities accept it!)
Donβt assumeβalways check the specific requirements and make sure you meet all requirements.
PASSPORT (Bio Data Page must be valid doe at least 6 months )
without a valid passport, youβre not going anywhere.
And some scholarships require your passport during the application stage
Make sure it wonβt expire during your program period
