Whispers
Whispers travel on the breath of night,
Soft as starlight, gentle as dawn’s first sight.
They dance through shadows, quiet and deep,
Carrying secrets the heart dares to keep.
In trembling leaves and sighing air,
Whispers tell stories too fragile to share.
They speak of love, of loss, of dreams untold,
Of broken promises and hearts made bold.
A whisper can heal, a whisper can sting,
It can mend a soul or shatter a wing.
Yet in its softness, power resides,
A silent river with powerful tides.
So listen closely when silence speaks,
For truth often hides in the words it leaks.
In the hush of the world, calm and pure,
Whispers remind us that hope endures.
