TIDUGUMA NAYIRI DUNIYA RAANA, ANDUNIYA ZAA NAAM RAANA

Tittle for the King of Mamprugu is called "the Nayiri" this tittle is only used for official purposes otherwise, in the Mamprugu kingdom, the King is called "Duniya Raana" meaning owner of the world, "Tiduguma" meaning our Lord or "N'Duguma" meaning my Lord, "Tiisi ni moori Daana" meaning owner of the trees and grasses, "Anduniya Zaa Naam Raana" meaning the embodiment of Royalty in the whole world.
In the Mamprugu kingdom, Tiduguma Nayiri is the Commander In Chief of the Mamprugu Armed Forces, the Nayiri is the Supreme court of Mamprugu and the final point where cases are determined. From the White Volta river at Nasia covering the entire North East region, Upper East, parts of Savannah and Upper West regions of Ghana crossing the Ghanaian boarder to Burkina Faso and Togo all falls under the traditional authority of the Nayiri, King of Mamprugu.
Traditional Authority of the Nayiri is not a respecter of regional and international boundaries. In a comic press conference by a group of bitter jokers led by an unprofessional Professor and an apology to Reverend ministers Rev Prof. John Azumah, they choose to call the Nayiri "Chief of Nalerigu" but went further to lament their bitterness on the fact that the Nayiri is being called "Duniya Raana"
If they really wants to feel the meaning of the tittle "Duniya Raana" we pray that they one day meet the Nayiri's convoy at the Black Volta river at Pwalugu on the Tamale-Walewale-Bolga highway. Each time the Nayiri is making a trip to the Upper East region and get's to the Pwalugu river, he doesn't enters car to cross the river. He get's down from his car and traffic will come to a standstill on the highway for hours before he passes. The Nayiri will perform sacrifices by the river and cars coming from Tamale to Bolga and vice versa will stop for the King to perform his rituals before the traffic will flow.
In the entire of the Mamprugu kingdom, the words of the Nayiri is Law. The Nayiri had his executioners and prior to the democratic regime we found ourselves which gives nonentities like Azumah to be spewing garbage in the media, the Nayiri's executioners used to execute and/or spare anyone that the King pleases. That is why the Lunsi praises the Nayiri as "ŋɔn kuuri shɛɛba ka kya N daari shɛɛba'' to meaning He that kills some and buys some.
The funny group called kusaug youth congress (KPC) and Rev. Prof. John Azumah should know that, the name "Duniya Raana" is not only limited to the North East region or Ghana, it transcends boundaries to Burkina Faso and Togo.
