Today's Weather Forecast:
A rainstorm observed over the middle and transition sectors of the country is expected to
induce cloudiness over most areas within the country this morning. It is anticipated to produce
thunderstorms or rain of varying intensities over most areas within southern Ghana. Another weak storm
observed over the Gulf of Guinea is also expected to induce cloudiness and produce rains over the coast
and inland area. Mist or fog patches will form over the mountainous and forest areas thereby reducing
visibility along. As the day unfolds, mostly cloudy conditions with occasional sunshine will affect all
sectors of the country. However, cases of thunderstorms or rain are expected over places along the coast,
middle, transition and northern sectors from the afternoon into the evening hours.

Cloudy weather condition is expected to dominate most places in the country with the
likelihood of rain along some parts of the coastline and parts of the inland this morning. Mist or patches
over the mountainous and forest areas thereby reducing visibility along these areas. However, a weak to
moderate storm observed at Benin and Nigeria is expected to propagate westwards and affect the
eastern portions of our country this morning. As the day progresses, sunny conditions amidst
occasional cloudiness are expected for most areas within the country. Thunderstorms are also expected
for places within the middle, transition and northern sectors from the afternoon into the evening hours.
