Upon This Rock

Upon This Rock Upon this Rock Magazine is the Diocesan Newsletter of the Catholic Church in Gibraltar. Fr. Stuart C Stuart Chipolina to inaugurate a Diocesan Newsletter.

In 2010 Bishop Ralph Heskett took over the patronage of 'Upon This Rock, magazine saying "I have always been impressed by the quality of Upon this Rock which is both formative and informative". The magazine was first published in 1999 when Bishop Charles Caruana asked Fr. Stuart contacted EuropeAxess and Upon this Rock was born. Stuart was the Editor for over 20 years of what became a monthly full colour magazine. This page is run by Angela Sargent and her daughter Kat.
