Four migrants missing boat from the Gambia one has intercepted today, three still missing.
A migrant boat departs on Monday 27th October 2025
from Lamin village in with more than two hundred migrants both men, women's and children, has been intercepted by the Moroccan navy this evening.
My colleague has spoken with some family members who have already spoken with their people who are in this boat tell us, at the moment they are all exhausted and dizzy but no deaths.
Another three boats are still missing.
A boat carrying nearly hundreds migrants from different nationalities has left the coast of The Gambia 🇬🇲, in Burufut on Sunday, October 26, 2025 at 1am (local time)
Since this departure, no verified information has been obtained about the fate of its occupants.
It's now been eight days since the boat took to the sea, without contact or signal.
Another two migrants boat from Nuimi Jinack also departed Monday 27 October 2025 carrying hundreds of men, women's and children , It's now been seven days since these two boats took to the sea, without contact or signal.
Families and relatives of passengers express concern and call for an intensified search to return the vessel and its passengers safe.
