La clinique de Seno Ba fait face à de graves difficultés en raison du manque de personnel et de l’absence de sécurité. Seules deux personnes assurent les soins, ce qui entraîne une surcharge de travail et un sentiment d’insécurité. Pour mieux gérer le temps et soulager le personnel, la clinique a instauré des frais de service : 300 CFA avant 13h et 500 CFA après.
