Boghal Youth Take Action for a Cleaner and Better School! 💪📚

Yesterday, the youth of Boghal showed true community spirit as they joined forces to clean and beautify Boghal High School. The activity was organized by the Communal JPS of Boghal in collaboration with the Association of Students and Pupils from the Commune of Boghal (AEERCB) — a strong demonstration of unity and patriotism.

After the cleaning, the team held a meeting with school officials to discuss key challenges such as the lack of an administrative block, teachers’ lounge, and library, as well as shortages of teachers in English, Arabic, and Portuguese.

The JPS Communale and AEERCB have pledged to continue working with the school administration to improve learning conditions and make Boghal High School one of the best in the Bounkiling department.

Musa Ceesay “Rigou” — The Striker Every Team Dreams Of

The Gambian Second and First Divisions have rarely witnessed a striker as consistent and lethal as Musa Ceesay, widely known as Rigou.

When Real de Banjul needed a reliable goal scorer, they turned to him — and he delivered, scoring even though the team narrowly missed qualification. His impact was immediate, proving why top clubs continue to seek his service.

Rigou’s record speaks for itself: 18 goals in 2021/2022 and 16 in 2022/2023 for Jarra West FC, followed by 3 goals during his stint in Egypt’s Second Division, and 11 goals this season with Falcons FC — finishing second in the Golden Boot race and earning a well-deserved place in the Team of the Season.
