PUBLIC NOTICE
Suspension of All Matches at the Basse Mini Stadium

The Regional Sports Committee (RSC) of the Upper River Region has officially instructed the Basse District Sports Committee to suspend all football matches and related sporting activities at the Basse Mini Stadium, effective Saturday, October 12th, 2025, due to unpaid arrears owed to the Stadium Management.

In a letter dated October 8th, 2025, the RSC raised concern that, despite prior communication on September 26th, 2025, the outstanding payments for the use of the stadium remain unsettled beyond the agreed timeframe.

The RSC stressed that this non-compliance violates the facility’s management procedures, and therefore all activities are suspended until full payment is confirmed.

The Committee also warned that continued failure to settle the arrears could result in legal action to recover the debt and enforce compliance.

The directive was signed by Alhagie Moya Baldeh, Chairman of the Regional Sports Committee (URR), and was copied to the Governor, Police Commissioner, and the National Sports Council.
