The reconciliation Gambian music spectators have been waiting after 2 years has finally come to reality, thanks to philanthropist Momodou Turo Darboe. Attack Gaye and ST hail peace and squash their differences for good.

Thank you, Abdoulie Attack Gaye.

We love you. We knew you would come and apologise to Gambians. Let's stick to the beef and avoid mentioning Tribe. Now you have a beef to finish with Hussain Dada. He went too hard on you, in case you haven't watched it.

Attack needs to stop talking and apologise. His interview with Peter was crystal clear, and we all heard him. No one is trying to misconceptualize what he said there. What’s On Gambia is right. Maybe if the interview was done in wollof he would have said it in a better way, but you know what the problem is? these are things they discussed in private that’s why he didn’t have a second thought about spieling it out.

Did you guys remember what Bai Babu said about Attack and Big Faa regarding what they used to say? This whole issue validates everything about what Babu told about these boys, but we are not here to awake that issue.

All we want is– artists to learn from this, including Attack, in order to stay away from playing trib*l line.

Izzy Talibeh 🗣: What Attack Did? I was mad AF yesterday because it goes against everything i believe and fights for! A Public Apology Is Needed.

“They don’t know the sports.

I think I’m part of the problem on this one because people look up to me, even some of your favourite rappers on certain moves.

I’m the first of my generation to openly dissed ST and most of my core listeners understood that it was a challenge not because he was Mandinka or He repped Brix no s**t

The man himself understood and i know he was disappointed but still f*x with me. We met a whole lotta times, in fact he dropped me from work, going to the studio, met me on the side the roads, supported my events, gave me advices and never approached me disrespectfully on God!

Swagger is arguably Gambian Artist bufi gina sona!

Let me say this One Time: The Number One Spot Will Be His Even After He Retires Insha Allah Because He Deserves It

What Attack Did? I was mad AF yesterday because it goes against everything i believe and fights for! A Public Apology Is Needed.

Don’t matter if it’s because of the language barrier or lack of expressing what’s with it but boy, Every Tribe is Mad at You right now!

Have your beef with Hussain and them but don’t let that get into your Head.

I know a whole lot of Mandinkas Supporting you In Sukuta and Bumping Yo S**t Through That And This Morning A Big Mandinka Fan(Age 34)Of Yours Called Me and was REALLY REALLY Disappointed! I think you lost him.

This is heart broken because both his kids(3 and 4 years old) know your songs they always sang it out loud in his house.

I hope people understand that last line.

Get your s**t together and make this right.

Corruption is our problem, not Tribe. Imagine if the National Centre for Arts and Culture were supported and empowered by the government, Abdoulie won't be here envying other artists for playing at a festival.

Is trib*lism the main reason weakening our music industry?

Abdoulie Attack Gaye appeared on the coffee time show with Peter Gomez, and he was asked: What are some of the challenges you faced so far as you work towards achieving this vision of internalising Gambian music ?

He said ‘ Trib*lism’ and further went on to explained by saying “am a victim and still a victim” according him, he said he sings in wollof and most of his fans are wollof but he has lot of mandinka fans who are from Mandinka societies and Jola fans who are from Jola societies but all these groups have their artists to support.

Is that so?
‐---‐------
Attack_Gaye was high on w**d when he went to coffee with Peter Gomez. So he wants to tell us everything Jizzle has achieved was because of support from Fulas? How about An2? All the shows he (Attack) filled up if truly Gambian music fans were trib*l he won’t have the chance to beg Wally Seck on stage, disgracing the whole country.

Abdoulie shouldn’t allow his beef with ST to get him into being trib*l. We should avoid insinuating such in our music industry. We are always gossiping about artist and going too far on them, but one thing we don’t tolerate is artist who always wanted to play trib*l cards. Let’s do music and leave trib*lism away.

MuhaZika is one of the most talented reggae singers in the Gambia from Barra. His music promotes social, political, and mental transformation for a better society.

Yesterday, we received the sad news that Muhazika has answered to his call. They said he complained of heart and was taken to the hospital and later pronounced death.

Muhazika was an active contributor to the Citizen Outlook, we prayed to Allah SWT to forgive his shortcomings and grant him the highest of Jannah.

Please keep Muhazika in your prayers for us.

There will be no Gambian music when our people are hungry and suffering due to rampant corruption. Shame on all the artist hidding behind 'I don't do politics' just to protect their diplomatic passports. The GALA gathering is far from politic, it's about standing up for country.

Cudos to Hussain and Awa Bling for standing with the voices of the masses, this is what art really means.
