Last evening at around 7:00pm, a devastating fire outbreak occurred at the Jaiteh K***a family compound of Kerrsering Village near the Cemetery. The fire caused severe damage and completely destroyed the house, with all belongings inside burnt to ashes.

The family has been left with nothing and is urgently in need of support. We are kindly appealing to everyone for assistance, whether in cash or in kind, to help the family stand on their feet again during this difficult time.

Any support given will be highly appreciated. May Allah reward you abundantly.

Yesterday, Kerrsering stood united as the community gathered to select a new VDC from the Transitional Taskforce. Representatives from all 8 kabilos Alkawsara, Birr Deka, Santayalla, Junction Bii, Bukarabu, Darabii, OIC, and Habatu Sawda took part in this important moment.

Overseen by the Brikama Area Council, the process reflected unity, transparency, and hope for a stronger Kerrsering.
