FILM'S OUT, LINK IN THE COMMENTS!!!!

After two years of running around in festivals, our little film "The Wanting" finally comes home 🍀
Its most notable adventures include:
Winning Best Screenplay in a short film at Mor Media Charity Cornwall Film Festival (still can't get over that one 🥰)
Selected at Chania Film Festival , Setting Sun Film Festival , Cardiff Mini Film Festival and last but not least, Manakia Film Festival of Fine Arts (the closest one to Kourouna!)
We made it during a time where more things made sense, and it helped -me at least- make sense of stuff since. So it's absolutely fitting to offer another round of deep deep thanks to my loves with whom I shared the creative process with ❤

This film is dedicated to him. Apart from him freely offering us his house and writing advice, this film was made when our incredible gem of a friendship was flourishing, and a bit before it was cut off way, way too early. We miss you man.

SOOO, please please PLEASE enjoy, please share it with friends and family and with anyone who likes anything film related or Ireland related or anything not related with anything whatsoever.

We never thought we were going to post something like this, especially not now.

Our dearest friend, close collaborator and local legend Keith Williams, has sadly passed away.

To say we're devastated would be an understatement. It's frankly surreal.

Keith helped us immensely with "The Wanting", offering us his beautiful house to shoot the film, and gave us the privelege of his trust to produce his film "Morgue".
This would be just the beginning, he always said.
We are happy that he at least got to see it on the big screen, receiving praise for his work.

He was loved, and he loved back, with the entirety all of his gold heart.

We will miss you so much, Keith. We will miss your humour, your stories about your adventures in Hollywood, your hilarious Christmas and birthday cards.

It's on us now to push forward, and champion his passion for the future.

We'll keep working, spreading the word about your film, and most of all, we'll stay weird. As you would have wanted.

INCREDIBLE INCREDIBLE NEWS!
Our short film "The Wanting" screened at Mor Media Charity Cornwall Film Festival , and they were kind enough to choose it for the Best Screenwriting in a Short Film award!

"The Wanting" has been selected to screen at the Cardiff Mini Film Festival (whose logo hides Rob Murphy's beautiful face), which is right at home for most of the team!
We're competing at the Best Welsh Film category, proudly alongside our good friends at Broadside Films!

We're very excited to announce that our short film "The Wanting" has been selected to screen at Manakia Film Festival of Fine Arts!
We're humbled to take part in the festival's first run, and super happy that it's screened in Grevena, where our namesake 'Kourouna' comes from!
