On July 21st, 2010, visited Athens for a sweat-soaked night at Gagarin 205, bringing their well known blend of groove, blues and heavy rock to a packed crowd. On Monday, November 16th, 2026, Venerate Industries proudly presents MX Lonely live in Athens at ILION Plus! Joining them are two of the most exciting names of the Greek alternative underground, ΛΔΛΜ & Messier 13.

Hailing from Brooklyn, the alternative rock quartet has been captivating audiences with an emotionally charged blend of crushing heaviness, haunting atmospheres, and electrifying intensity. With the release of their sophomore album ALL MONSTERS (Julia's War, 2026), MX Lonely arrive in Athens to deliver a club show that perfectly captures the energy and analog spirit of their live performances.

ΛΔΛΜ (aka ADAM) continue to carve their own path through alternative rock, grunge, and psychedelic soundscapes. With a renewed lineup and new material in the works, the Athens-based quartet is currently preparing its second full-length album, due for release before the end of 2026.

Messier 13 blend '90s shoegaze with grungegaze and midwest emo, combining ethereal melodies, folk-infused textures, and massive walls of sound. No better band could complete this lineup than Allochiria, joining HOLY FAWN with a full set for this special club show 🔥

Since their formation eighteen years ago, Allochiria have stood among the defining acts of the Greek post-sludge scene, steadily building their reputation through countless performances across Greece and Europe, including acclaimed festivals and club stages alike.

Their discography consists of the self-titled EP (2010) and three full-length albums: Omonoia (2014), Throes (Art of Propaganda, 2017), and Commotion (Venerate Industries, 2023). Their sound seamlessly fuses post-metal, black metal, sludge, and hardcore into an emotionally charged and crushing sonic experience, while their lyrics examine human nature and our place within society, exploring corruption, the burdens of modern existence, and the consequences of our actions on the world around us.

Over the past eleven years, HOLY FAWN’s music has been placed under many genre labels such as blackgaze, doomgaze, shoegaze, and more, while the band themselves describe it simply as “three creatures making loud, heavy, and pretty sounds.” They have toured extensively across North America and Europe alongside acclaimed acts such as Thrice, Deafheaven, and Rolo Tomassi, continuously cementing their legendary status within the shoegaze and post-metal scene.

Agnes Vein - "Duality" (2010).

Long before the obscure "Deathcall" and the post-induced introspective "Soulship", Agnes Vein released their debut full-length album, "Duality", on this day in 2010 - seven years after their first EP, "...of Chaos and Law".

"Duality" marked the beginning of a journey that would later unfold through two more distinct chapters, each pushing the band's sound into darker and more introspective territory.

Good things take time, don't they? 👾

⚙️ | Venerate's Vault #045 • Neurosis live at Fuzz Live Music Club. Opening acts: Universe217 & Agnes Vein.

On this day, twelve years ago, one of the most anticipated concerts in the history of Greece's underground heavy music scene finally became reality.

After nearly three decades of redefining heavy music and influencing countless artists across multiple genres, Neurosis performed in Greece for the first -and, to this day, only- time. Their appearance at Fuzz Live Music Club, with special guests Universe217 and Agnes Vein, marked the end of years of anticipation for a band whose live performances had already become the stuff of legend.

Back then, together with Fuzz Productions, we had the privilege of bringing this long-awaited show to Athens. Twelve years later, it remains one of the most memorable nights we've ever been part of.

Tardive Dyskinesia - "Distorting Point of View" (2006).

Twenty years have passed since "Distorting Point of View" marked the beginning of Tardive Dyskinesia's recording journey.

Long before the "djent" tag found its way into conversations about the band, their debut stood on its own: progressive metal foundations, hardcore-infused vocals, intricate riffing and complex songwriting came together in an album that couldn't be confined to just one or two categories. As long as we all know which record we're talking about, labels hardly matter.

And here's one for the old-school Thessaloniki metalheads:
Rumor has it Tardive Dyskinesia were the very first band to perform at Eightballclub - true or false?

Do you remember the second time performed live in Athens?
It was on June 14, 2007, at AN Club, with Oxbow opening the night. Their 90-minute set featured Wrists of Kings, Not in Rivers But in Drops, So Did We, Dulcinea, In Fiction, Holy Tears, The Beginning and the End, and Celestial (The Tower).
