What will it take for Cyprus to become a player in the global audiovisual industry?

Simos and Dionysios Manganis of Green Olive Films offer a clear, grounded view on how Cyprus and Greece can grow from seasonal destinations into year-round production hubs for film, TV, VFX, and commercials.

In a recent conversation with Gold Magazine - The Business Magazine of Cyprus, the brothers reflect on what it takes for smaller countries to move beyond summer shoots and claim a real seat at the table.

“As a country striving to claim a share of the audiovisual pie, we need to keep working hard, be consistent and professional. Success will come—that’s guaranteed. And we want Green Olive Films to be the brand that creates local stories for the world's streamers,” Simos said.
