With an aim to bring great talents, creative minds and new thinking together, we see TopCut Modiano as more than just a production house. We have been operating since 2002 and have managed, in only a short while, to successfully grow in both numb

ers and reputation. Our experience lies in the production of commercials with TopCut, feature films and documentaries with Cosmocat, services with LowDog, as well as experiential activities and content design with Newton. But, at the end of the day, what we truly succeed in is our experience in producing results that outshine the budget.
