Our beach plan for today was Agios Giorgios Beach, even though we woke up late and arrived around 11:30. We already knew parking would be almost impossible at that time, so we went straight to San George Restaurant and it was the best decision!

They have convenient parking, parasols and sunbeds for rent, and the location is literally right in front of the beach. No stress, no long walks under the sun, just park, relax, and enjoy.

And let’s talk about the food… EVERYTHING we ordered was so good. Fresh, tasty Greek dishes, generous portions, and that perfect seaside atmosphere that makes everything taste even better. I genuinely recommend all their food!

We chose Vatos for its peaceful, local vibe and its close proximity to everything we love about Greece.

This little village is near some of Corfu’s most beautiful beaches: Glyfada, Myrtiotissa, Ermones, and Kontogialos. Crystal-clear water, golden sunsets, and that relaxed Ionian feel, all just a short drive away.

Vatos is also super convenient: a small local shop makes it easy to grab water, snacks, or daily essentials, so practical with kids!

Our apartment was perfect for our family of five, with two bedrooms, a sofa bed, and a washing machine, total lifesaver after beach days.

For us, Vatos was the perfect mix of quiet village life, stunning beaches, and feeling right at home.
