It will bring together friends and collaborators, including Glotta (Hydra's newest zine), Hela Press Hydra Book Club , Hyper Hypo .hypo.athens , Mnemosyne Projects , Monday to Sunday Book .book , The ReefLine , Rafael Indiana artists and friends Malgosia Bela , Holly Biörklund , Ximena Caminos , Esteban Fuentes de Maria , Taras Gembik , Marcin Masecki Michael McGregor Paweł Pawlikowski , Angela Tisner .tisner and many others.

This year's Open House is created by Stephan Colloredo-Mansfeld , Josh Hickey and Ekaterina Juskowski

'Marble Riddles' art exhibition, curated by Tatiana Gecmen-Waldek with the generous support from Serpetinis will remain on view at the Old Carpet Factory throughout the entire duration of the Open House week.

It was the fall of 2019 when we had the pleasure of hosting Ariel Kalma and a big group of musicians and friends at the Old Carpet Factory to create and record a week-long session of improvised jams, ritualistic soundscapes, and an homage to nature. The session culminated in a concert for the sheep up in the mountains of Episkopi, a remote and beautiful area of Hydra Island.

Many lovely memories full of creativity and unexpected adventures ensued, leading to a deeper understanding and friendship over the years. We were innocently unaware that this was Ariel's last trip to Europe from his home in Australia.

Making these memories even more precious and filling me with a sense of heaviness and sadness finding out about his sudden passing yesterday. It's time for you to enjoy the harvest among the Astral spheres you so enthusiastically let us be part of over the last 5 decades. Happy travels, friend
