Customer Service & Operations Assistant – Cruise Company, Mykonos
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our cruise company based in Mykonos.
Main Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in guests for each cruise.
Handle paperwork and formalities with the local Port Authority.
Promote the company’s services to hotels and travel partners on the island.
Perform specific administrative and operational tasks at the end of each month.
Requirements:
Excellent command of English (a second language will be considered an asset).
Valid driver’s license.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Details:
Location: Mykonos, Greece
Period: April – October
Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Salary: €1,300 – €1,600 per month (depending on experience)
Accommodation: Shared accommodation provided
