One morning in 2019 Panos met Nikos, during a school refugee reception project. Developing a friendship under the prism of our common social awareness .

3 years later this common social awareness inspired us to start organizing Wave. Wave was not created with the slogan "we will change the world". It changes the world every day through our projects, and our presence both as individuals and as an

organization in every movement, event and action with a socio-political and educational content. Through the Erasmus+ programme we aspire to nurture a new generation where every social inequality , every non-green policy and every cultural desecration will not even be a bad joke. But it will not even exist as a concept of ideology. With partners in the Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Wave is leading the fight for change, being one of the largest informal youth organisations in the EU. We don't talk about vision, because we don't have a vision, but through our actions we are changing the nature of society on a daily basis.
