In our latest cooking show, we stepped into the kitchen to create something simple, tasty, and meaningful—banana bread with a zero-waste approach! 🍌✨

Instead of letting overripe bananas go to waste, they transformed them into a homemade treat, showing how everyday cooking can become more sustainable with small, conscious choices.

This session was all about rethinking the way we use our ingredients, reducing food waste, and appreciating the value of what we already have.

A sweet reminder that sustainability can start right in our kitchens. 💛

On the occasion of International Women’s Day on March 8th, our ESC volunteer team from Balkan Hotspot took to the streets of Thessaloniki for a unique action filled with emotion and interaction. 🌸✨

By placing a mirror and a few notes, we invited the femininities of the city to pause for a moment, look at themselves, and answer a simple yet meaningful question: “What do you like about yourself?” 💬

Through this initiative, our goal was to raise awareness and highlight the importance of self-esteem and recognizing the positive qualities we often overlook in our daily lives. It was a gentle reminder to slow down and acknowledge our own worth. 💛

Every answer, every smile, and every moment was truly unique. 💛

As a small symbolic gesture, we also offered a flower to each participant, sharing a little extra beauty and care. 🌷

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part and made this action so special!
