Follow the journey to Thassos which began with chaos but ended with unexpected inner peace. What started as a short escape from the city heat spiralled into something much more magical. Thasos, the closest island to Thessaloniki, was not just a relaxing utopia, but a place where spontaneous memories were made. It was filled with fairy tale like beaches, gorgeous landscapes and adrenaline filled bike rides 🦎🧚✨
☀️ A still summer day. A plastic pool. A boy, motionless in the heat.
This poem captures the weight of a afternoon where even time feels melted.
A quiet ode to heatwaves, fading flowers, and the small resistances we make against the sun.
