Βίγκαν και ελαιοπαραγωγός γίνεται;
Το να είσαι vegan στην Ελλάδα είναι μια πρόκληση από μόνη της, σε συνδυασμό με τη μητρότητα που είναι ο πιο προκλητικός μαραθώνιος αγάπης! Γι’ αυτό οι δημιουργίες μου βασίζονται στη βιωσιμότητα, τις απλές χαρές της ζωής και τα ανυπέρβλητα προϊόντα της Ελληνικής φύσης, με βασικότερο απ’ όλα το Βιολογικό Έξτρα Παρθένο Ελαιόλαδο της οικογένειάς μας από την Μεσσηνία που για χρόνια παράγουμε και απολαμβάνουμε! Μαζί με την μεγάααλη πείνα του γιού μου, το ελαιόλαδό μας είναι βασικό και αναντικατάστατο κομμάτι της βίγκαν κουζίνας μου, έναυσμα για όλες τις βίγκαν συνταγές μου! Θα με βρείτε online λοιπόν, να αναρτώ όλες τις βίγκαν συνταγές και δημιουργίες μου και στο Youtube, μην ξεχνάμε και το instagram #zenias_vegan_life, αλλά και σε ποικίλα ενδιαφέροντα bazaar και εκθέσεις που θα ανακοινώνω συνεχώς, με όλα τα φρέσκα προϊόντα μου πάντα με βάση το βιολογικό ελαιόλαδο, ανυπομονώντας να γνωρίσω ενδιαφέροντες ανθρώπους σαν εσάς!
Being vegan in a non-vegan dominated world, especially in Greece, and a fulltime buzzing toddler’s mum, makes it all more challenging, but that’s what "Zenias" is all about! I want all my creations to be based on sustainability and -joie de vie- finding the right place in every home! Based in Greece, I’m always on the lookout for authentic Greek materials but above all using our Organic Olive Oil that my family has been harvesting for years right out of our family’s olive grove in Messinia! You can find me online on Youtube, on Instagram too at #zenias_vegan_life posting all vegan creations and recipes, like all evoving vegan mummy-chefs do, but all our olive-oil based procucts as well! Above all, I’m always excited to be a part of fascinating bazaars and exhibitions so that I can meet all kinds of interesting people just like you!
