M21 Young Travellers Clara, Vivian and Eric continues to deliver the running gears until the last day of the journey. They were moved by the smiling faces of runners. The experience in this journey recalled them about the initial purpose of the trip, and the insufficient resources of Kenyan gifted runners also brought out the global issue, the uneven distribution of resources…

因為熱愛跑步，非常旅人Clara在馬拉松賽事上認識了殘奧金牌跑手Henry Wanyoike。因為Henry的請求，令Clara同熱愛跑步的友人開始了Bring In Change計劃, 為一眾肯亞跑手籌集跑鞋；亦因為親身到過肯亞，感受到當地的需要，Clara與Vivian 及Eric 組織了這次「Running Ever Laughter」，再次來到這個非洲國家，為擁有良好天資的跑手們，送上支持，希望他們能夠透過自身努力, 改善生活。

今集，旅人們會帶我哋睇下當地小孩嘅成長，來自香港的物資及捐款，又為當地朋友帶來咩改變…

Because of Running, M21 Young Traveler Clara met Henry Wanyoike, Champion Runner of Paralympics and began the project “Bring in Change” upon Henry’s request. Having experienced the need of Kenyan runners since Clara’s first visit, she organized the project “Running Ever Laughter” together with Vivian and Eric, to bring the running gears to assist the gifted runners in Kenya, so that they may be able to change their lives through making effort to become professional runners.

In this episode, the travelers will bring us to visit the children there, and in what way the donation from Hong Kong change the lives of locals...

回到肯亞首都奈羅比，非常旅人Clara, Vivian 同Eric先去大象孤兒院探望大象BB、睇香港人難得一見嘅長頸鹿，仲買咗別具意義嘅手信添。除此之外，佢哋仲喺市中心玩左一樣好刺激嘅遊戲？想知係乜？去片啦！

Heading back to Kenyan Capital Nairobi, M21 Young travelers Clara, Vivian and Eric went to the elephant orphanage to visit the elephant babies. They also bought some meaningful souvenirs to support local single mom in Kenya. They also participated in an exciting activity in town centre, find out in the movie!

Apart from brining support and running gears to major cities in Kenya, M21 Young Travelers Clara, Vivian and Eric participated a charity Marathon race for conservation which is held every year at Maasai Mara National Park, where the animal migration takes place. You will also have a chance to see African BIG FIVE in the video!
An outstanding female runner from Maasai tribe also shared with us her story that she runs with an hope to encourage young women to own their future…

They were also invited to visit the home of World Champion Marathon Runners, to see how running career changed his life as well as the way they contributed back to Kenya Runners’Community…

【非常旅人任務：傳遞快樂到肯亞】

非常旅人Clara在一次馬拉松賽事認識了奧運金牌跑手兼世界田徑冠軍──Henry Wanyoike。Henry來自肯亞，是一名視障運動員，他跟Clara分享了肯亞運動員的情況，觸發Clara發起「Running Ever Laughter」 的計劃。Clara在港積極募集跑手的衣物和運動鞋，並將物資帶到肯亞，幫助當地缺乏資源的跑手。

為使計劃得以延續，Clara與另外兩位同樣熱愛跑步的旅人— Vivian 和Eric一起參加M21非常旅人任務，再次來到肯亞，繼續用愛心分享跑步得來的快樂。

旅程首站由肯亞首都奈羅比出發，在金牌領跑員好友Joseph Kibunja的帶領下，他們展開了橫越赤道、傳遞快樂的旅程…

M21 traveler, Clara met Henry Wanyoike who is a visually impaired runner in a Marathon match. Henry was the gold medal winner of Paralympics and also a world champion athlete. Henry shared Kenyan athletes’ stories with Clara.

Since then, Clara started organizing the project “Running Ever Laughter”. She collects running clothes and shoes in Hong Kong actively and brings the resources to Kenya in the hope to support runners who are lack of running gears.

To sustain the “Running ever laughter” project, Clara, with her two running mates Vivian and Eric join the M21 Traveler Mission Project, so that they can come to visit and bring the change to Kenyan athletes again.

From Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, leading by the world champion guided runner Joseph Kibunja, they begin the journey across the equatorial, to share the happiness with the runners in Kenya.

【2019日本出入境行李限制】

踏入2019年，日本當局更新了新一年的行李限制須知，各位出遊前記得檢查清楚所攜的行李是否符合標準！

1. 化妝品限制

每件化妝品的容量或重量不得超過0.5公升或0.5公斤，旅客所攜的總量則不能多於2公升或2公斤。

2. 酒類限制

酒精濃度介乎24%至70%，旅客所攜的總容量則不可多於5公升。如酒精濃度超過70%則不得出境。

【終於等到網上訂票！】

日本是港人旅遊熱門勝地，買JR PASS基本已是指定動作，現在JR西日本宣佈將於3月推出網上訂票系統，更方便各位計劃行程啊！

此系統除可購買JR西日本範圍的車票外，還能預訂不同地域的新幹線車票。已預訂的車票可於JR售票機、旅行中心等領取。

JR西日本將於今年3月推出網上訂票系統，愛出行日本的你當然是個天大的喜訊！不如看看網上購票程序，下回出發前就可以將行程安排得更好更妥當。

【外遊須注意旅遊傳染病！】

不少人可能選擇於農曆新年期間外遊，最近各地區均有不同的傳染病個案，各位旅遊前記得作好準備，避免感染相關疾病。

衛生署衛生防護中心還強烈建議旅行社，不應於中東地區安排旅客直接接觸駱駝的活動。

假期留港的市民也要慎防感染流感，切勿掉以輕心！

農曆新年將至，不少人或會趁其間長假外遊。衛生署衛生防護中心提醒市民，留意香港鄰近地區的流感疫情，和常見的旅遊相關傳染病。

【日本藏王樹冰不再？】

說起日本冬景，不得不提山形縣的藏王樹冰！在山形縣被白雪覆蓋的樹林，每逢1至2月就會結冰變硬，形成樹冰。整片山頭都是雪白樹冰，相當迷人！

不過據專家表示，日本藏王樹林正在枯萎，皆時樹冰將有可能消失。日本森林管理局指出，2016年時已發現樹木上有蠹蟲，正逐漸蠶食樹木。今年更發現已有60棵樹林被蠶食至枯死，且被蠶食範圍更加速蔓延中。

當樹木被蠶食，樹枝便承受不起雪的重量，樹冰就無法形成。所以正想看樹冰的要把握機會了！日本藏王的樹冰絕景也許不再......

有「雪怪」之稱的山形縣雪景藏王樹冰，雖然目前風景仍十分迷人，不過原來樹冰正逐漸枯死。專家表示藏王樹冰最終有可能消失，莫非山形縣的絕景從此要銷聲匿跡？
