> Track record of community service and extracurricular achievements is an advantage.

Dragon 100 is organised by The Dragon Foundation which was established in 2000 by the Home Affairs Bureau, Home Affairs Department of the HKSAR Government and the HKFYG. As a non-profit organisation, it aims to facilitate networks among Chinese youth worldwide, while encouraging their creativity and participation in community building.
