I've been traveling solo, but lately, I just marked my first ever "camping solo" in Hong Kong😅. Not intentionally, it just happened that there is no one at the campsite...so I had the whole area for myself😬. I love the adventure!😍

SUN YAT SEN MEMORIAL PARK - perfect spot to view the sunset in Hong Kong. Very close and easy to get there. It is a 4.1-hectare waterfront park in Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong Island. Honoring the "father of modern China", it features a large grassy lawn, a 5-meter bronze statue, and panoramic views of Victoria Harbour.

HOW TO GET THERE
✅️MTR: Walk 5-10 minutes from Sai Ying Pun Station (Exit A2 or B2) or Sheung Wan Station.

✅️Bus & Tram: The park is also easily accessed by taking the Hong Kong Tramways to the Eastern Street stop or via various city buses passing Connaught Road West.

PARK DETAILES & FACILITIES
LOCATION: 18 Eastern Street North, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong

KEY FEATURES: A large memorial lawn, the Chime Tower, four desperado courtyards, and a reflecting pond plaza.

SPORTS & LEISURE: Features an artificial turf football pitch, basketball courts, children's playground, and an expansive waterfront promenade.

SPORTS AND CENTRE POOL: Includes indoor sports courts and a 50-meter outdoor swimming pool.

SWIMMING FEES: General admission in $17 HKD on weekdays and $19 HKD on the weekends/holidays with concessionary rates available (using Octopus card for payments) ($5 dollar coin to use the locker, you get back your $5 after using)

Yung sunset na hindi ko nakita nung nag camping ako sa Pui O andito lang pala sa Sun Yat Sen🤣. Sunset today at Sun Yat Sen, another perfect spot to view the sunset in HK. Napakalapit lang din 😍😍
