冷的城市，暖的目光，Contacto吟遊和消融於當中

在到達香港前，我為這篇訪問在whatsapp問了他一些問題，直到他把答案發來，我們才得以相約在演出前幾日的晴天、於港島東碰面。我忘了最初是如何發現這位來自西班牙的音樂人，應該是他在IG那些香港所缺乏的某種荒涼、但又以溫暖目光攝下的歐洲零碎街景令我按下追蹤。

那天帶Contacto吃日本菜和搭電車，並逛了一下海傍，沿途繼續聊音樂、城市和生活，他時不時舉起手機拍下香港冬日的陽光和馬路——和來自遠方的朋友在自己居住的城市一起蹓躂，見慣的風景好像比平時更寬而亮了一點。

『我喜歡在不斷移動或在不同的語境和語言之間切換時，自我感覺有時會稍微消融，這有助忘記那些不需一直背負的事。』

Behind the track w/ georg-i │ georg-i：歌曲背後

We did an interview with georg-i on his creative process behind his track “Spliced From Memory”, released on Absurd TRAX’s 2024 compilation “lain os is online vol. 2: club cyberia”. georg-i gave us a detailed breakdown of how he made the satisfying noises perfect for creating tension with dialogues and atmospheric sounds taken from the anime, the way he gave old drum break samples new life with the Beats functionality on Ableton and the inspiration behind the insane buildup within the track that leaves everyone dumbfounded.

我們採訪了 georg-i，與他探討了歌曲「Spliced From Memory」背後的創意過程。這首歌收錄於 Absurd TRAX 2024 年的合輯《lain os is online vol. 2: club cyberia》。georg-i 為我們詳盡剖析了他如何用動漫裏的對白及氛圍音效，打造出完美營造張力的迷人噪音；如何使用 Ableton 的Beats功能為老舊的碎拍採樣注入新生；以及歌曲中那段令眾人目瞪口呆的瘋狂buildup背後，究竟蘊藏著什麼靈感。
