Back in Hong Kong earlier this year and I cofounded .hk to create more inclusive conversations in real life for our creative community, and we wanted to focus on vulnerability and femininity as it’s still not talked about enough in the Asia society yet.

I can’t wait to do more for us all when the situation becomes stable so that there is no lockdown and events don’t get cancelled! Holding on to better days 💕

Read our stories on how it was like growing up in the Hong Kong environment and the struggles we had that lead us to who we are today.

I am honoured to be interviewed by for ‘s “Everybody is Yoga Body” campaign. 🥰

Thank you for giving me the platform to talk about my beliefs.
I truly love to advocate for body positivity and self-love. I believe that once we get through the hurdles of self-doubt, by understanding, loving and caring about ourselves, we can find the clarity and capacity to see our directions. Only then we can support other people in needs.
Life is truly amazing, and being able to get ahead with it is the most privilege freedom we can have as human beings. Some of us are born with more privileges than others, and it is easy to pay it forward in society by being more mindful about what we have. With this in mind, we can create a more loving, caring and empathetic atmosphere for everyone to thrive on their own terms.

I really appreciate the great effort team has put together for this campaign. Especially when they have to translate my 3 page long answers for the QnA about body positivity and also my stance on feminism and equality. (Pls read it on the link in my bio)

There is no better time for this article to be out as I launch on Saturday, this is my way of paying it forward. If you are interested in creating the change, collaborating and contributing to our communities and society, slide in my DM baby.

Thank you so much for giving and me, a yoga lesson during the shoot. We had a lot of fun! .indrayoga

🧐Body image issue > Body confidence > Body Acceptance > Body Positivity > Body Autonomy
March 2018
It was my first studio shoot, and I am honoured to be shot by Ernie
We tested out some lightings and looks so I had a glimpse of what it takes to be a portrait photographer, but I thought it’s too complicated for me🤪🔥
I had a breast reduction not long before then because of severe and chronicle back pain, and the side effect is that I am now able to wear different styles of everything which helps a lot with how I want to express myself on the outside and be more confident about who I want to be. Afterall I really love how fashion helps with my expressions.
Then I learned that body acceptance sometimes does not come naturally and it could take manmade steps to make ourselves feel better first, and that’s ok. Its like many appearance or body function issues, it comes from the same place. The thing is, nobody gets to tell you or me what we can or cannot do to our body, it’s our own body and we have full autonomy to decide how we want to alter or not alter it.
From learning about body positivity, I know that I am enough either way, and I am able to differentiate whether it is from societal pressure or a personal need. My principle is that what I do is going to be the best for me, mentally and physically and for the long run.
Also I am fully aware that I have a privilege as I remind myself constantly how lucky I am to be able.

Writing about my feelings and sharing them with you is something I love doing a lot, and sometimes I overshare while I try to heal myself too.
I made mistakes of dumping my emotions on others who have no capacity for me and often feel bad afterwards, so now I am learning to nurture love and understanding within me instead.
What is important is that you take what you need that is useful and combine with your experience for your evolution. I am not a life coach but if you resonate with me, I am happy that it helped you too.
If you don’t agree with what I say, you can also let me know so I get to reflect from our joined experiences in learning about life.

On self love- Inner child work

This Tictok video may look stupid to you, but it acts as a timestamp for when I made "learn to nurture my inner child" my priority for the very first time (it is such a privilege I have to say).

First of all, let us remind ourselves that we are extremely lucky if we were able to stay home/ stay safe while many are out there working daily to keep the society running.

Honestly, I think I won’t be able to go on if I didn’t make the decision to take a sabbatical year last April. I did the right thing to dive deeper into learning about self-love and slowly getting braver to face the pain and the truth of what’s bothering me and to deal with the fears that are stopping me from growing.

So no, I was not lazy and entitled, I was indeed being too hard on myself and never either play or rest properly worrying about s**t.
I was constantly in the state of thinking about being responsible and productive even when I am “being lazy”, so I ended up never getting anything done because I got too tired and then talk s**t to myself (spot the vicious cycle).

I realised my brain didn’t have time to think or rest all day every day because of this anxiety of not hardworking enough, so I was in limbo and it made a huge impact on my wellbeing.

So here, playing on (thanks Jacky ) is right when I acknowledge the importance of acting like a child, to have fun without judgement and pressure and so I finally learned to have fun. I learned that taking care of the person in me who never enjoyed her playtime helped me move on and start adulting, which is worth any amount of money I could have made having a job last year, so there!
