Two nights. Two award-winning bars. One extraordinary whisky experience.

On July 11, Jigger & Pony brought its signature warmth and craftsmanship to The Macallan House Hong Kong for an intimate Tatler Best Takeover. Guests were treated to three bespoke cocktails, each showcasing the nuanced character of The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years, served in the elegant surrounds of this immersive, invitation-only lounge.

Then on July 12, Atlas took the spotlight, transforming The Macallan House into a stage for Art Deco elegance and liquid precision. The Singapore icon presented three refined cocktails inspired by The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years, each one a tribute to the spirit’s heritage, complexity and timeless appeal.

Two nights. Two of Singapore’s finest bars in Hong Kong’s own Lobster Bar.

On July 11, Atlas brought its signature opulence to Lobster Bar for a Tatler Best Takeover led by Nicholas Alexander. Guests were transported to the Jazz Age with great cocktails poured with golden-era charm.

Then on July 12, Jigger & Pony took over with a one-night-only collaboration featuring Martin Villarreal and James Iain behind the stick. Together with Lobster Bar, they blended classic technique with contemporary flair for a night of spirited creativity.

On July 11 and 12, Restaurant Petrus played host to a rare six-hands Tatler Best Takeover—bringing together chefs Uwe Opocensky, Jimmy Lim of JL Studio, and Jitin Joshi of Revolver for an extraordinary convergence of French finesse, Singaporean soul, and Indian flavour. Set against the skyline of Victoria Harbour, each course was a high-altitude celebration of terroir, technique and culinary chemistry.
