Located inside the new Kimpton Hotel, Jija introduces a more casual side to the Lau’s cooking, one inspired by the warmth and vibrancy of Yunnan. Last night marked the final day of our Tatler Best Takeover series, and we went out with a bang. At The Maa-Lai Library, cuisine and cocktails moved in perfect sync. From Macau, Mesa by José Avillez, a Tatler Best award-winning restaurant led by chef Herlander Fernandes, presents a menu that captures the spirit of contemporary Portuguese dining with bold creativity. At the same time, Frederick Ma, master mixologist of Mesa Bar, designs creative cocktail pairings that heighten each course with precision and flair.
