this sukiyaki spot is called Ningyocho Imahan. It’s recommended by my Japanese friend, who lived in Tokyo for many years! They first opened in 1895 and is a family run business ✨

They have about 8 locations opened across Tokyo Japan 🇯🇵 With each location with its unique vibe and interior.

You can book on tablecheck.com (this is a common platform used by many Japanese restaurants, and foreigner friendly!)

things nobody tells you about flying in 2026

I’ve flown over 10 times last year across Asia, Latin America, North America… and these tips consistently applies. ✈️

1. 📷🎞️Request for a hand scan for your film cameras an and film! Make sure to place it inside a zip lock bag after wiping down your film camera before packing it.

One time, airport security found unknown particles on my film camera during the hand scan and forced it to go into the xray machine. Their guess is probably because I touched the film camera with my hands with lotion😭Due to policies they have no choice but to rescan with the big scanner.

2. 🐻‍❄️📷Polaroid instax cameras and film can go through the xray machines no problem.

I’ve accidentally left my instax in my bag when going through security, and the film still came out fine afterwards.

3. 👀Full size contacts solutions are allowed (in most countries’ airport security).

I was told by an airport security worker in Canada and I’ve been doing this since. I have only ran into issues in Mexico going through customs. They don’t allow any full size contact solutions there. Everywhere else I’ve flew to I had no issue.

Are there any tips I missed? Share them in the comments 🫶
