菲律賓資訊與通訊技術部（DICT）與亞洲公匙基礎設施聯盟 (APKIC) 簽署了一份合作諒解備忘錄（MOU）
為回應菲律賓總統Ferdinand Marcos Jr.關於促進菲律賓海外菲律賓務工人員（OFW）與各國開展業務和文件傳輸的指示，資訊和通訊技術部部長Henry Aguda與亞洲公匙基礎設施聯盟 (APKIC)主席暨香港公匙基建論壇主席 Eva Chan 簽署了一份合作諒解備忘錄（MOU）。
香港公匙基建論壇對此表示支持，因為此舉能有效推動數位簽名將在APKIC成員國的交易中得到認可，便利人員可以在家中簽署文件，避免在大使館排隊，節省差旅和省力。
More Secure and More Reliable Digital Signature Authentication for Filipinos in Asia, Says Sec. Agudat at MOU Visa with Asia PKI Consortium
In response to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s directive to facilitate the business and sending of documents by our OFWs to various countries, Department of Information and Communications Technology Secretary Henry Aguda signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Asia Public Key Infrastructure Consortium (APKIC).
This is good news for our OFWs because their digital signature will be recognized in transactions in APKIC member countries. They can now sign documents at home, avoiding queues at embassies, and saving on travel and effort.
The event was attended by representatives from Bangladesh, China, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Japan, Malaysia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
