An extraordinary surprise from Château Brane-Cantenac ! In the mouth, it is fruity, fresh and velvety with perfect balance between creaminess and lively acidity. A pleasant wine that deserves to be part of the selection of all white wine lovers!

To be honest, I never got that magic that so many people seem to find in this Clynelish 14Y. I think it's lovely but it just never had that wow factor that I was looking for. But I don't know. The fact that I'm exploring more whiskies these days and the fact that I have a bunch of whisky friends that are far more experienced than I am who absolutely swear by this stuff, I just had to try it again.

So on the nose, it's nice, it's floral. It has honey, vanilla and caramel. And some orange hard candy. Then on the palate, it's definitely oilier than I expected. An initial hit of spice leads into some gentle oakiness. It's slightly smoky and also the expected floral and honey. Actually a lot going on in this whisky.

If you ask me again if I like this whisky, the answer is yes, I love it 😊

Dalwhinnie給我的印象是油脂感很重，口感辛辣又豐富，今天開了這支好朋友送來的鼓勵酒，顏色是我喜歡的"威士忌琥珀", Double matured in American Oak and ex-Oloroso casks, 得來的比前稀薄一點但更甜美。Dalwhinnie 真的是很有質素的威士忌。今天用它來配筋肚飯，very satisfying ❤️

SINGLE POT STILL! SINGLE ESTATE! SINGLE CASK!

Ballykeefe Is a Single Estate Irish Farm Distillery where the barley is sown, grown, harvested, milled and distilled on the farm. A real "field to glass" operation! It has soft fruity aromas but very rich, spicy and a little savoury on the palate. Really a master piece!!

Sant Armettu, Rosumarinu 100% Sciaccarellu
This wine from Corsica is a beauty! I would even say it's a bit mind-bending, like a ripe Burgundian wine infused with herbs. Very unique. I will definitely order more.

Bodegas Volver Alicante Bouschet by Tarima 2018

This is the best wine I have tried from Tarima. Full body and very smooth. Ripe warm black fruits with notes of liquorice. A very well made wine that comes with a very reasonable price tag. Love it!

Distilled, aged and bottled entirely by Uncle Nearest, each batch is curated by 5th generation Nearest Green descendant and their Master Blender, Victoria Eady Butler, who was named Master Blender of the Year by Whisky Magazine for two consecutive years in 2021 and 2022.

I'm absolutely in love with these tasting journals. Aren't they beautiful 😍

Made in sunny Portland, Oregon, USA, with 100% recycled papers and are printed using US-grown soy-based inks.

33 Drams of Scotch (a little bit of whisky was added to the ink😂)
33 Bottles of Wine (same, infused with some real wine)
33 Cups of Saké (yup, you're right, Saké was added)
33 pieces of Cheese (...... Ok, cheese was added.... He's crazy and I love it! LOL)
