20 minutes walk from Kam Sheung Road Stationarriving at the main Bamboo theatre, keep walking towards the North Eating venue, my photo is there.

Kam Tin Jiao Festival 錦田鄉十年一屆酬恩建醮 (V2)

We are bringing you a recap of Hong Kong’s centuries-old Kam Tin Jiao Festival 錦田鄉十年一屆酬恩建醮

A massive bamboo structure took centre stage as indigenous Tang clan hosted a five-day festival honouring heritage, faith and family.

The bamboo structure consisted of over 25,000 bamboos, and took 17 master craftsmen more than 2 months to construct.

*It has entered the Guinness Book of Records as the Largest bamboo structure altar (temporary)

Massive bamboo structure takes centre stage as indigenous Tang clan hosts five-day festival honouring heritage, faith and family.

*It has just entered the Guinness Book of Records as the Largest bamboo structure altar (temporary)

Its happening this week and it's really worth checking it out as this massive scale celebration ONLY happens every 10 years.
