Meet Betty Grisoni of Neo Transformational Coaching!

Betty had struggled with her weight her entire life, and after being told she would need to go on blood pressure medication, she vowed to change her habits. Step by step, she shed an incredible 70 kilos, started running ultra-marathons and in her fifties, has never been healthier!

Together with her partner, Abby Lee, she was motivated to launch her own coaching practice, Neo Transformation Coaching, to help individuals feeling "stuck" personally or professionally, and looking for guidance.
