The CCOHK and Ney Rosauro: Brazilian Fantasy
香港城市室樂團與羅薩羅：巴西幻想曲

Ney Rosauro is a legendary wizard of the percussion world and his compositions draw on his Brazilian folklore to create music full of ‘cheio de vida’. Here he conducts the City Chamber Orchestra of Hong Kong in an exhilarating concert of his works showcasing local solo percussionists. Fiona Foo, praised by the critics worldwide for her sensational stage movements and impeccable technique, performs Rosauro’s Marimba Concerto No. 1, arguably the most popular marimba concerto of all time. The HK Phil’s principal timpanist James Boznos and the award-winning Elise Liu join forces for the Hong Kong premiere of Rosauro’s Double Concerto for Timpani and Marimba. The concert also salutes the great Villa-Lobos, and delivers cool vibes with Rosauro’s Brazilian Suite.

敲擊樂界傳奇人物羅薩羅親自指揮香港城市室樂團，帶來一場充滿南美風情與生命力的音樂旅程。他的創作深受巴西民間音樂啟發，節奏奔放、情感真摯，極富生命力。

本地敲擊樂手亦將在音樂會中演出。獲國際好評、以舞台魅力與精湛技藝見稱的傅貝怡，將演奏羅薩羅著名的第一馬林巴琴協奏曲。此曲被譽為史上最受歡迎的馬林巴琴協奏曲，音色溫暖動人，深受樂迷愛戴。此外，香港管弦樂團定音鼓首席龐樂思會與屢獲殊榮的廖智敏攜手獻上羅薩羅另一作品的本地首演：定音鼓與馬林巴琴雙協奏曲。

音樂會同時向巴西作曲巨匠魏拉─羅伯士致敬，並將送上羅薩羅節奏感十足的《巴西組曲》，為觀眾締造一場難忘的南美風情之夜。

香港出生的指揮家曾智斌（Jimmy Chiang）早年師承葉惠康博士學習音樂，其後遠赴奧地利深造指揮，並拜名指揮家小澤征爾為師。2013年，他獲委任為維也納兒童合唱團的指揮，最近更晉升為副藝術總監。主持人黃嘉浩數月前親赴維也納金色大廳，親眼見證 Jimmy 與指揮大師 Riccardo Muti 的合作，並在演出後邀請 Jimmy 接受本節目專訪。本週的《名家深度談》，將為大家送上 Jimmy 執掌合唱團十多年來的點滴與感悟。

至於樂評人劉志剛 Savio 則會在節目中介紹並點評由鈴木雅明指揮日本巴赫古樂團，以鑑古演奏方式錄製的全新唱片——布拉姆斯的《德意志安魂曲》。我們熟悉鈴木指揮巴赫的古樂演繹，但當古樂器遇上浪漫派大師布拉姆斯，會擦出清新火花，還是產生違和感？Savio 聽罷此碟，即將它列為個人至愛。這張唱片究竟有何過人之處？記得鎖定本週的《新碟調查組》。

法國女低音大提琴演奏家甘比（Lorraine Campet）未滿十八歲，便獲邀擔任法國電台愛樂樂團的低音大提琴副首席。完成低音大提琴碩士課程後，她竟重返音樂學院，以第二項主修樂器再次獲得音樂學士學位。這段雙主修的經歷，使她在獨奏與室樂的演奏領域中皆游刃有餘。究竟這位多才多藝的音樂家還會演奏哪些樂器？她成功的秘訣又是什麼？主持人黃嘉浩將在本週的「新秀關注組」環節中為大家揭曉！

而在本週的「新碟調查組」中，樂評人高爾文會為大家點評一張新發行的唱片，收錄了舒曼與布魯克納較少人熟悉的交響作品。演出陣容同樣別具一格：率領國家古樂合奏團演出的，是知名古樂權威及音樂學者沙霍（Jordi Savall）。雖然古樂專家指揮演繹浪漫派作品的例子在過去亦偶有出現，然而向以演奏古提琴聞名的沙霍，是否能夠駕馭布魯克納宏偉壯闊的音響世界？請細聽 Dr. Coleman 的精闢點評！

In this upcoming edition of 'Chamber Resonance', flautist Sibei Weng joins forces with pianist Jacqueline Leung in a programme of exceptional difficulty — not as a display of technical brilliance, but as a means to communicate the deeper human messages embedded within the music.

A highlight of the evening is Andé Jolivet’s ‘Cinq Incantations’. This suite of five solo pieces is a mystical exploration of the flute’s ability to evoke life’s most elemental forces. Each movement casts a spell – from blessings for safe childbirth and fruitful harvests to invocations for peaceful communion and protection of the deceased. For Jolivet, the flute was the instrument par excellence, brought to life by human breath and charged with what is both visceral and cosmic within us.

This music salon promises to be both challenging and deeply rewarding. Join us at RTHK Studio 2 for an evening of music that will move your heart and soul.

「樂有所思」八月的主角 ─ 長笛演奏家翁斯貝 ─ 會與鋼琴家梁維芝攜手送上一套演奏難度很高的曲目，但樂曲都是以表達內涵為重，並非以炫技為目的。重點作品之一，是二十世紀法國作曲家祖利維的名作《五咒》。樂曲名私符其實，用音樂念咒語，祈求和平、嬰兒平安、農作豐收、族長安息。祖利維認為眾多樂器中沒有比長笛更適合用來呈現咒語了 ─ 長笛以人的呼吸發出聲響，能傳達內心深處最原始的力量。

這場「樂有所思」對音樂家、對觀眾都是充滿挑戰的探索之旅。期待你來到二號錄音室，一同體驗。

This August, ‘Chamber Resonance’ brings an extraordinary music salon featuring flautist Sibei Weng.

Renowned for her lush tone and impeccable technique, Sibei has captivated audiences worldwide. Her virtuosic flute playing has earned her top prizes in prestigious competitions such as the ARD International Music Competition in Munich.

The evening opens with Walter Gieseking’s Variations on a Theme by Edvard Grieg, a lyrical and colorful work that perfectly showcases the expressive qualities of the flute. Andé Jolivet’s ‘Cinq Incantations’ transforms the flute into an instrument of primal energy, exploring life’s most elemental emotions through its vivid and ritualistic sound world. The program concludes with Beethoven’s Spring Sonata, where the flute’s transparent and radiant tone brings fresh brightness and warmth to this beloved masterpiece.

八月的「樂有所思」，長笛演奏家翁斯貝會帶我們踏上心靈探索之旅。

翁斯貝的演奏總是閃耀出光芒，技巧扎實而音色豐美。她曾在著名的慕尼⿊ARD國際音樂⼤賽獲獎，亦曾入選柏林愛樂樂團學院，成為史上首位與該團聯袂演出的華人木管樂手。

雖然這次演出選奏的作品難度很高，翁斯貝卻是以表達內涵為重，並非以炫技為目的。首先聽到的變奏曲由鋼琴名家基斯京所作，主題抒情如歌，很能展現長笛的特質。祖利維的《五咒》名符其實，就是用長笛念咒語，表達人類最原始的情緒。壓軸的是貝多芬溫暖可人的「春天」奏鳴曲，長笛的通透音色會令樂曲更添光亮！

MDR Radio Symphony Orchestra and Tianyi Lu: Enigma
德國中部電台交響樂團與呂天貽：謎語變奏曲

The MDR Radio Symphony Orchestra of Leipzig, under the direction of Chinese-born New Zealander Tianyi Lu, performs Elgar’s ‘Enigma’ Variations. As the name suggests, they were themselves an enigma as the composer outlined with code, the names of particular friends or loved ones associated with each variation.

German cellist Julian Steckel is the soloist for Walton’s Cello Concerto that seamlessly blends moments of tenderness with bursts of dramatic intensity, creating a captivating and emotionally complex listening experience. The concert begins with a work by New Zealand composer Salina Fisher: ‘Tupaia’ is a homage to the eponymous 18th-century Polynesian master navigator and priest, who discovered New Zealand with James Cook.

萊比錫德國中部電台交響樂團在紐西蘭籍華裔指揮家呂天貽指揮下，帶來艾爾加的名作《謎語變奏曲》。一如其名，作品本身就是一個謎題，作曲家將線索暗藏於音樂中，逐一描繪其人生中數位摯友或親人的個性與特質，每段變奏如同一幅情感肖像，意蘊深遠。

德國大提琴家史特高擔綱演奏華爾頓的大提琴協奏曲。樂曲在柔情與戲劇性之間游走，情感層次豐富，時而細膩動人，時而激昂澎湃，構成一場引人入勝的聆聽旅程。

音樂會率先演奏紐西蘭作曲家莎蓮娜．費沙的作品《圖帕伊亞》。十八世紀波利尼西亞著名的航海家兼祭司圖帕伊亞曾與庫克船長同行，一同探索南太平洋，並將紐西蘭介紹給歐洲世界。莎蓮娜．費沙藉此作向圖帕伊亞致敬。

國際作曲家交流會議 2025
International Rostrum of Composers 2025

第71 屆國際作曲家交流會議匯集22家廣播機構代表，評選42部近五年當代作品，香港代表伍巧怡攜兩部本地創作參與。

關於這次會議，伍巧怡有以下感想：「整個旅程中最令我難忘的是第二晚的音樂會。演出場地位於電台大樓內，原以為是小型場地，沒想到竟是一座設備完善的音樂廳，更設有兩層觀眾席。音樂會開始前，我們不僅與監製會面，還參觀了控制室。走廊上陳列著不同年代的錄音設備，宛如走進一座聲音博物館，令人驚嘆。

評選結果在最後一天公布後，大會特別安排我們乘船遊河，欣賞三重橋（ Tromostovje）的旖旎風光。望著夕陽餘暉與河面悠游的野鴨，連日來繁重的工作壓力頓時煙消雲散。」

伍巧怡將於節目選播新作錄音，並聯同作曲家梁智軒解構聲音藝術新趨勢。

作曲家的琴瑟妙韻

許多偉大古典作曲家的伴侶同時是他們音樂上的夥伴。葛利格就曾為妻子蓮娜伴奏，更為她創作聲樂歌曲，兩人同台演出，合作無間。艾爾加的摯愛及助手愛麗絲，不但與丈夫遷居倫敦以專心創作，還協助他整理書信與樂譜。巴托與妻子狄塔同為鋼琴家，他們經常四手聯彈，一起巡迴演出。梅湘的第二任妻子羅利奧原是他的學生，後來不僅成為他創作的靈感來源，更是其音樂的重要詮釋者，首演了梅湘多首樂曲的鋼琴部份。他們所建立的深厚情感，以及在舞台上彼此信任互動，留下一段又一段動人的樂章。

香港管弦樂團2024/25 樂季壓軸音樂會

The HK Phil’s grand finale this season features a collaboration between two ‘Musical America’ favourites: Augustin Hadelich (2018 Instrumentalist of the Year) and Jaap van Zweden (2012 Conductor of the Year). Known for his captivating tone and passionate interpretations, Hadelich makes a highly anticipated return to the HK Phil stage with Beethoven’s Violin Concerto, a work he ‘can never get enough of’.

And there is more Beethoven on the programme – his Seventh Symphony – celebrated for its exceptional rhythm, dance-like qualities, and emotional depth, making it a powerful and enduring masterpiece. The concert opens with Wagner’s Overture to Tannhäuser, with its themes foreshadowing the conflict between sacred and profane love.

香港管弦樂團本樂季的壓軸演出，邀得兩位《音樂美國》年度得獎者攜手合作——2018 年度「最佳器樂演奏家」赫德里希，以及 2012 年度「最佳指揮家」梵志登。赫德里希以細膩音色及富激情的詮釋見稱，今次載譽重臨港樂舞台，演奏貝多芬的小提琴協奏曲。他曾表示這首作品讓他百演不倦，是他摯愛的曲目之一。

節目亦包括另一首貝多芬的作品——第七交響曲節奏強烈，結合舞蹈般的律動與深層的情感，是歷久常新的經典巨作。音樂會將以華格納《湯豪舍》序曲揭開序幕。樂曲的音樂主題隱約鋪陳出全劇關於神聖與世俗之愛的對抗與掙扎。
