HOFEX is Asia’s leading food & hospitality tradeshow, bringing together industry professionals from around the world to showcase the latest trends, products, and innovations in food, drinks, hospitality equipment, and supplies.

The 2025 edition of HOFEX is set to take place from May 14 to May 16 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. This year’s event will feature over 1,600 exhibitors and attract more than 24,000 professional buyers. Highlights include:
