The Ethnic Minorities Committee (少數族裔委員會), Nepalese Federation, Indian Association, and District Councilor Aruna Gurung's Office, in collaboration with the India Club, are hosting a special event for those applying for the "Mainland Travel Permit for Non-Chinese Citizens" (港澳居民来往内地通行证(非中国籍)).
