Pumpkin cake with coconut layer

Ingredients:
1 lb Pumpkin
4 oz Shredded Coconut
1 cup Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Sweet Potato Flour
1/4 cup Rice Flour
2 oz Yellow Sugar
3/4 Salt

1. Steam chopped pumpkin for 20-30 mins until soft enough to mash.

2. Reserve about 1/6 of shredded coconut, coconut milk, sweet potato flour, rice flour and yellow sugar for top coconut layer.

3. Mix all other ingredients together with mashed pumpkin.

4. Place into a springform pan and steam for 15 mins.

5. Mix reserved ingredients and place on top of the pumpkin layer. Steam for another 15 mins.

2014春夏流行情報
Tea-Length Skirt (左上)
冇錯, 繼Maxi(及踝)同Midi(及至小腿一半)裙之後,
今個春夏興起的是Tea-Length,
即係及至前兩者之間的水平 (未及腳踝, 於小腿下半部位置),
叫得Tea-Length, 由來應該係舊時去食Tea的ladies所著的長裙命名吧!
要襯得摩登, 上身就要著返件露腰cropped top/背心平衡返, 咁樣望落成個人都高啲, 仲sexy啲添~
今季最佳示範：Alice + Olivia

糖果般的粉色 (右上)
春夏興粉色, 猶如阿媽係女人的道理,
每年呢個時候掃入粉色新裝實冇死,
既然係咁, 就以粉色做膽黎玩下silhouette啦,
好似上圖粉紫Boxy外衣咁....
今季又見到薄荷綠, 仲有薰衣草淺紫, BB粉藍, 胭脂淡粉紅~
今季最佳示範：DKNY (上圖係玩到成身粉彩, 望見都好開心的顏色吧)

Shirting (左下)
裇衫唔止係返工著吧, 今季喺T台上見到唔少玩Pattern,
衫身同領或袖口對比色的裇衫。
此外, 其實白淨裇衫都係今季must have item之一...
放工著乜唔使煩啦~

Metallic (右下)
金屬布料再次成為春夏元素, 已經唔係淨係冬天至見到,
閃耀T台得嚟, 布料一啲唔Heavy~
