Thrilled to return to my alma mater once again! It was such an honor to be invited by Baptist University to share the essentials of Fundamental with over a hundred bright student leaders.

What stood out most was seeing how genuinely engaged these future leaders were during the session. After a deep exercise, they embraced the power of asking thoughtful and practicing . It’s inspiring to see participants actively engage in learning activities that help them reflect on how to connect with service users beyond handling enquiries or offering solutions.
