The book of Ezekiel offers a compelling lens through which to explore trauma theory, revealing a prophet deeply affected by his own profound visions and ministering to a community grappling with the devastating experience of exile. This presentation will delve into Ezekiel's personal trauma, as evidenced by his symbolic visions, and examine how the exiled people may have struggled with feelings of self-blame and collective guilt. Ultimately, we will explore how the book, particularly in its later chapters (40-48), moves towards a message of resilience and the promise of restoration, offering a powerful blueprint for overcoming trauma and rebuilding hope in the face of profound loss.

創傷理論因上世紀多場大型天災人禍而催生，且在心理學、社會學、文學等不同領域持續發展。創傷乃古今人類社群的共有經驗，神學界近年亦挪用創傷理論研究聖經而成一學術氛圍。本課將由多位鑽研此領域的聖經老師，介紹近年聖經研究中蓬勃發展的創傷詮釋學及其對不同經卷詮釋而來對個人遭遇並壓迫處境的牧養亮光。
