Still thinking about this trip .samui — so many little moments I didn’t get to share in the first post. ✨
From the softest sheets I’ve ever slept in (I genuinely didn’t want to leave the bed) ☁️ to a secret “pillow bar” where we could try different options and choose our perfect match 🛏️, to a massage that began with a literal sound bath to reset your energy 🧘♀️, and a one on one Thai inhalation/scent workshop 👃🌿 — Marasca Samui truly knew how to take care of us in every way.
We also indulged day and night at .samui downstairs. Lunches were spent exploring their seven-station concept, featuring curated food in 7 categories from their top-class chef. Our favorites were tuna tartare, short ribs, and Thai tacos, (plus occasional visits to Marasca’s complimentary afternoon ice cream cart I “accidentally” found more than once!) 🍦
Sipping sunset cocktails on their seaside daybed looking out at the Gulf of Thailand under some of the most beautiful pink clouds I’ve ever seen is a memory I will always cherish. 🌅
After sunset, the bar lit up with a luxurious, warm-toned backdrop perfect for photos! Their in-house mixologist Zai crafted custom cocktails based on our favorite flavors — mine was citrusy and fun 🍋, his was spicy and bold 🌶️. Both were perfect.
Every aspect of our stay felt personal, intentional, and beautifully paced. We had our pick of yoga classes, Hyrox training, and various wellness workshops. 🤸♀️
And the team? Truly the kindest. A staff member, Khun Chet, even offered to clean our sunglasses during a beachside ritual. Like… what?! 🕶️ That kind of care truly sticks with you.
Grateful for the calm, the little surprises, and discovering a version of me I didn’t know was there. 🥰 That’s the kind of “home” you don’t want to leave. 💖
