My hosted stay at The Singer Oceanfront Resort in Riviera Beach is off to an amazing start.

First things first: a glorious afternoon by the pool with a margarita in hand – the perfect way to unwind. Later, dinner at the hotel’s Caretta Caretta restaurant blew me away. Seriously, if you’re ever here, the ceviche and sea bass are a MUST-TRY!

Woke up the next morning before the sun to catch the most breathtaking sunrise during a walk on the beach, all fueled by a fantastic coffee from the hotel barista. More to come from this beautiful slice of paradise!

Monopoli - This charming coastal town is nestled on the Adriatic Sea and is known for its beautiful beaches, delicious food, and rich history.

I spent a few days exploring Monopoli and fell in love with its laid-back atmosphere and friendly locals. I wandered through the narrow streets of the old town, marveled at the stunning architecture and ate until my heart (and stomach) were content.

* The town’s history: Monopoli has a long and fascinating history, dating back to the Roman era. It was once an important trading port and has been ruled by various empires over the centuries. This rich history is reflected in the town’s architecture, which features a mix of Roman, Byzantine, and Baroque styles.
* The beaches: Monopoli is located on the Adriatic Sea and has some beautiful beaches. The most popular beach is Cala Portavecchia, which is known for its clear water and white sand. Other popular beaches include Capitolo Beach and Cala Matarrese.
* The food: Monopoli is a great place to try some delicious Italian food. The town is known for its fresh seafood, pasta dishes, and pastries. Be sure to try some of the local specialties, such as orecchiette pasta with cime di rapa (broccoli rabe) and focaccia bread.
* The people: The people of Monopoli are known for their warm hospitality. They are always happy to welcome visitors and share their culture with them.

If you’re looking for a relaxing and authentic Italian getaway, I highly recommend adding Monopoli to your list. You won’t be disappointed!

Reviving my feed with a splash of Caribbean color! ☀️ The Cayman Islands truly are a paradise on earth.

From the moment I stepped off the plane, I was captivated by the vibrant hues – bright-colored buildings, turquoise water shimmering under the sun, and even the local chickens adding a touch of unexpected color to the scene.

Life moves at a slower pace here, inviting you to soak up the sunshine, explore hidden coves, and maybe even try your hand at snorkeling with stingrays.

It’s the kind of place where worries melt away and you’re left feeling completely rejuvenated.
