It’s taken some reflection to understand that you are actually gone. As I listen to your ACMH radio shows it brings back fond memories of late night music sharing and mischief. Bonding over this Billy Idol song. There are so many more.

I will miss our telephone calls about this bastard disease. Your advice on how to navigate it and how to feel better means so much to me. I will miss talking about how rubbish it is but you always making the both of us laugh. You made the hard days easier. We should all be a little bit more you. Life is for living. You did that.

You always made me feel like I mattered in this busy world and I cant thank you enough for that.

You gave me my spirit animal, a seal. 🦭 This weekend we swam with a seal on the coast of Cornwall! This amongst other symbolic things that have happened in the days since your passing, are a reminder you are with us always. (Not to mention the wardrobe full of ACMH garms!)

Miss you Chrissy and f**k cancer.

So DJ news from me, heres where you can catch me over the next few months …

NOWHERE.

Ive been offered a long awaited knee surgery from an old football injury which I will be having this Friday.

Ive had to cancel / reschedule quite a few gigs over the next couple of months, which has financial implications obviously but I am more gutted to be missing some really wicked shows with some very good DJs.

The first one being this Saturday with the illusive S.O.N.S. I’m a long time fan of his sets, productions and the Junction forest label/Store. It’s a huge tip for The Love Inn and we have Eksish taking the warm up reins now so make sure you get down there to support. FFO weird techno, vinyl and loosing yourself in the smoke.

Thank you to the venues and promoters for being understanding and supportive. I didn’t come to this decision lightly.

Hopefully this means I’ll be back in full force for the summer and beyond. Keep sending me music and meme’s to keep me sane :)

Friday at my home with Electro royalty 🥹 very excited and it’s flying on tickets.

Saturday we embark on the Love International Tour. First stop .ouseburn in Newcastle. Heard great things about this spot and riding with the one and only ✊

Next weekend will be my first time at .peckham for innuendo would love to see some London team down there so HMU

Finishing off the month up in Nottingham for which I’ve also heard very good things about.

At the end of this month we celebrate 12 years of The Love Inn.

Ive been part of it in some sense since the beginning. It’s a labour of love but I do genuinely love it and am very proud of the work everyone has put into it over the years.

I believe it’s been an integral part of the local dance music echo-system and may it continue to be for years to come. (We hope)

We’ve had dance parties, talks, interviews, various kitchens, day parties, birthdays, record sales, Jumble sales, lessons, life drawings, film nights and it even turned into a hub for community veg boxes during the pandemic. Not to mention a personal highlight of watching the Lionesses win the Euros twice.

Get yourselves down over the weekend of 29th-31st of January. Im playing late on the 31st along with a mega line up inc but there’s loads to catch over the 3 days.

I have a few tickets for close friends so if you class yourself as one send me a message.
